As you begin to pedal, the idyllic orchards of the Adige Valley unfold before you, dotted with blossoming apple trees. The sight and scent of these orchards will undoubtedly lift your spirits, creating a sensory experience that complements the peaceful act of cycling. After a short climb through the vineyards, you will find yourself on a straight stretch alongside the river, which will immediately cool you down.

Deviating only slightly from this scenic route, you have the opportunity to pass through charming towns such as Bolzano, Merano or Lana. Each town has its own charm, inviting you to stop and enjoy the local cuisine or simply soak up the tranquil atmosphere.
